Good Friday

Join us for our Good Friday service THIS FRIDAY, April 3rd at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. We will remember the death of our Lord Jesus Christ as he died as the sacrifice for our sins on the cross. We will be taking communion as a church and commemorating the body that was broken and the blood that was spilled so we would be made righteous before God and rejoicing at the great love that God bestowed on us.
"For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures." (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
Easter Sunday

Celebrate with us our Lord's resurrection on this Sunday, April 5th! Rejoice that our God was kind and merciful to us to send his Son to die and be resurrected and we now are heirs of Christ and for those who believe are one with God.
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead." (1 Peter 1:3) He has risen, he has risen indeed!

Month of Prayer

For the month of April, we want to encourage the church to set aside time for prayer, seeking the Lord together, and growing as people who depend on God. Our desire is that, as a body, we would unite our hearts before God, bringing specific needs and requests to Him with faith and expectancy.
Each week, you will receive an email with guided prayer topics to help us pray intentionally in unity. Whether you do this during your personal quiet time, with your family, or in fellowship with others, we encourage you to join us in lifting these things before the Lord each day.
Be on the lookout for our first email in your inbox, and please be sure to come together for Church Prayer on April 12th at 5:00pm and May 7th for the National Day of Prayer at 6:00am and 3:00pm.

Women's Breakfast

Life this side of heaven is challenging. Thankfully the Lord is gracious to prepare us for what might come next. In the book of 1 Peter, the apostle speaks with wisdom and experience to give us direction and hope to face difficult times. Join us for Women's Breakfast on April 11th at 9:00am as guest speaker Bev Moore encourages us in the word to face our trials in a God honoring manner.
Georgia Missions Dinner

City Bible Church invites you to an evening with missionaries serving in Georgia. Join us April 20 at 7:00 PM as Pastor Demna Mikava and missionary Inna Donchenko share about their ministry, the work God is doing in Georgia, and ways we can pray for and support them. Come meet them, hear their story, and learn more about the gospel work in Georgia. Register to join us for dinner.
Spring Festival

CBC! We are bringing the party (Spring Festival) to our church neighborhood on May 2nd from 2:00pm to 6:00pm! We all know that a festival is not complete without bounce houses, carnival games, cotton candy, and food. This will be a great opportunity to have some fun and get to know the neighbors around the Church Building. See you there!
Habits of Grace - The Cultivate Conference

In an age of distraction, busyness, and spiritual superficiality, the church desperately needs to recover what it means to cultivate a genuine biblical spirituality, one that is rooted not in human effort or religious performance, but in the transforming power of God's grace working through intentional practices. The spiritual disciplines, rightly understood as disciplines of grace, are not legalistic obligations but rather the God-given means through which we position ourselves to receive and experience His transforming presence in our lives. Without them, our faith risks becoming anemic, our growth stunted, and our witness ineffective. God has given us these means of grace not as burdens to bear, but as channels through which His Spirit works to awaken our affections, deepen our communion with Christ, and conform us to His image for the glory of God and the good of others.
Join us May 29–30, 2026, for our Cultivate Conference as we focus on the essential theme of Spiritual Disciplines. This conference aims to equip our church to deepen its walk with the Lord and grow in spiritual maturity by exploring what it truly looks like to cultivate biblical spirituality through the faithful development of spiritual disciplines. We are honored to welcome David Mathis, author of Habits of Grace, who will be ministering to us throughout the conference, guiding us in understanding how these disciplines of grace can become life-giving rhythms that draw us closer to Christ and shape us into His likeness. Register now!
Childcare is not provided during this conference. If you choose to bring your children to the conference we ask that you attend to your children so that they do not become a distraction for others and serve them by allowing them to engage with the content.
