Men's Roundtable
Men of CBC, this upcoming Friday’s Roundtable we’ll be doing something a little different. Instead of our usual discussion, we’ll spend extended time in prayer—coming before the throne of grace and asking the Lord to use us however He desires, for His glory and our good. Join us from 5:45AM–7:00 AM. Coffee and donuts will be provided.
Women's Breakfast
Our first Women's Breakfast of the year is this Saturday at 9:00am. Often in times of suffering, we spend our greatest energy on finding a way out. We tend to think that bad behavior gets a pass while we seek an end to the pain. But is there a better way? Is there a way to suffer that would glorify God and put Christ on display while setting us apart from the world around us? Peter says “yes!” and then he shows us how. Join us as we look at "Suffering Like Jesus" from 1 Peter 2 and 3.
Baptism Sunday
We are looking forward to celebrating Winter Baptism this Sunday, January 11th, during both services. It is a joy to witness the Lord’s work in the lives of our brothers and sisters as they proclaim their faith through water baptism. Please join us and continue to pray for those taking this step of obedience.

Church Prayer
Nothing can compare to the sweet time of saints relying on God together through prayer at the same time. Join the church this Sunday at 5:00PM as we pray together for the various needs of our church family and the ministries of CBC as we start the new year.

Our community groups are starting on the week of January 12th! If you are not in one yet, be sure you are plugged into one by checking out all our community groups here!
Men's Breakfast
This spring, our Men’s Breakfasts will explore stories of ordinary churchmen from the past, men who were not pastors or missionaries, yet were used by God in remarkable ways. Through short historical snapshots and theme focused devotionals, we’ll see how faithfulness to Christ shaped their work, prayer, witness, and perseverance in everyday life. The series will encourage men to follow Christ faithfully in their homes, workplaces, and communities, even when their obedience goes unseen. It’s a reminder that Christ has always advanced His church through ordinary men who simply walked with Him.
Our first breakfast is on January 24th at 8:00AM. Please register in advance so we can plan accordingly. We look forward to seeing you there as we begin this journey together.
Members Meeting
CBC Members! Please mark your calendar for our next members meeting on January 25th at 5:00PM. This members meeting join us as we discuss various family matters and review our current financial situation. This is a members only meeting so we ask if you are not a member of CBC to refrain from attending.
Dinner for Eight
Looking for an opportunity to get to know more people at City Bible Church? We invite you to participate in Dinner for 8, on February 7th, for a great time of fellowship and breaking bread! You can register to attend a dinner group or host one at your home. Host homes are expected to provide a main dish and the attendees are encouraged to bring a side dish, salad, dessert, or drinks. Please click the “register” button below and fill out the questions provided to specify if you would like to host or attend a dinner. Make sure you register your families or anyone you need to be in the same dinner group with together.
The registration for this event will close on January 29th at 11:00 PM so if you would like to participate please complete your registration before this deadline, as dinner group assignments will be finalized shortly after.
