Outreach Update - Search & Rescue
This was an exciting week of the ministry of the Gospel, so thank you City Bible Church for showing up and praying for your fellow members!
On Monday, we served the chapel service at Union Gospel Mission. Although there were less homeless attending the service (because UGM's reopening is still new), they were served well. We had more than 30 people from City Bible Church that attended also! They all sang loudly, Vadym Stakhurskiy shared his testimony, and Jonathan Reed delivered a Gospel message on 2 Cor. 6:1-2. We look forward to serving there again every 4th Monday of the month.
On Tuesday, about 20 of our people were ministering the Gospel in front of the abortion clinic in Sacramento. As usual, many cars stopped and received tracts and APC flyers from us. We entrust the results to the Lord, yet in the short term, there were some sweet connections, and fulfilling fellowship on the sidewalk.
On Wednesday, a couple of our saints were ministering the Gospel in Old Sacramento. A handful of people heard the whole Gospel, and even more heard about our church for the first time as we gave them "pedicab" rides. People from our church typically serve out in the open air once or twice a week.
We want to encourage you to do more than pray for these ministries, and to come out to support your fellow saints and to love a neighbor. To receive updates of our "Search and Rescue (Luke 19:10)" outreach ministry, please click this link (https://t.me/joinchat/
Building Demolition Continues - Week 2
Last week and this week so many of you came out to help us move our renovation forward. The abatement company started on the demolition and we started updating our worship center. There is a lot of work to do so sign up to let us know when you are able to come out. Also, join the telegram group to get instant updates on the renovation.
We are there in the evenings on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. We also have all day Saturday at the building so sign up for a few time slots and come out to help. No experience is needed, there is always something to do.

This will be held right after service and we will provide lunch for you and your family Register to let us know that you are coming so that we can prepare the lunch.

Did you know that one of the easiest and most passive ways you can help advance the Gospel is by interacting with our Church's social media presence (and other ministries). Even a simple "like" will help put our posts in the view of your non-believing friends. Comments are better on Facebook, since they equate the comments with popularity.
