November 3, 2022
Saints, this is the last call to register for our Missions Lunch, this Sunday, November 6, after service. We need to have a headcount for food. We prefer for you to Register by tomorrow (Friday). To sign up and see the details, click here.
Have you ever wondered, "How can I be a better steward of my time, specifically at 5:45am? Where can I find help in growing more in the Lord?" Wonder no more! Come to CBC this Friday bright and early at 5:45am to the Men's Roundtable! Pastries and Coffee will be provided to fuel those early morning thoughts.
What a joy it was this Sunday to celebrate the baptism of Kayla Fong, Tim Zhuchenko, Vicca Ursol, Veronica Golovko, Edward Semenov, and Philip Kuzmich. Please continue to pray for them and those preparing for baptism on November 13th.
Ladies of CBC! Join us on November 12th at 9am as we continue our "Relationships Matter" series as Pam Jones outlines what it looks like to have a relationship with yourself. Intriguing, right? In contrast to the world's push toward self-worship & self-love, we invite you to come to learn what the Bible teaches about "self."
Children’s Ministry Promotion Change
Parents, in the past, when a child had a birthday, Planning Center would automatically move the child into the new Sunday school class. However, as our church grows, we’ve decided to move to promote by “grade level” instead. This means your child will remain in their current Sunday School class until June 2023. If your child had a birthday that would qualify them to move into the next grade level, then that change will happen in June. The benefits of this model include: a) providing class number stability, b) providing the students the security of knowing that they will all remain together until June, and c) giving our church the opportunity to do a “graduation”, especially for those that will be moving into corporate worship. You do not need to do anything differently- when you Check-In your children, the name tags will print the correct classroom. Yet, for the time being, our signage will remain as follows
3’s: No Grade Assigned
6-7’s: 1st and 2nd grades
8-9’s: 3rd and 4th grades
10-11’s: 5th and 6th grades

Saints of CBC! It has been quite some time since we gathered in the evening for our Church Prayer. So please join us on November 13th at 5pm as we bear each other's burdens and take our worries, joys, and sorrows to our Lord.
