Men's Reformation Night: No Retreat. No Compromise.
Gentlemen, join us on October 24th at 6:00pm, for an evening of rich celebration and steadfast devotion to the truth of God’s Word in light of church history. This gathering will call us to stand firm in faith, to rejoice in the heritage of those who bore witness to Christ with courage and conviction, and to be strengthened in our own resolve to live boldly for Him. Austin Duncan will guide us through the enduring legacy of godly men whose lives testified to the glory of God, inspiring us to press on in faith without compromise. Enjoy hearty food prepared for all the men, vibrant fellowship around the table, and a message that will stir you to stand firm in the historic gospel—yielding neither retreat nor compromise to the world.

Baptism Sunday
Saints! Join us this Sunday as we rejoice with five individuals who will be getting baptized. During our 9:00 am service, Amina Uzdenova and Evan Burlaka will be getting baptized. During our 11:15 am service, Max Martinuyk, Mattie Luman, and Carey Jones will be getting baptized. We will be having another baptism on November 9th and we ask you to continue to pray for all of the individuals who will be baptized!
Members Meeting
Members of CBC! Our next members meeting is THIS SUNDAY, October 26th, please join us as we discuss various family matters and review our current financial situation. We will get to pray together at the end for our body and various ministries at our church. This meeting will be held at 5:00 pm in place of the prayer meeting. Nonmembers are welcome to join if they wish to learn more about our church and get to know our congregation.
Union Gospel Mission
Come join us this Monday at 7:00pm to Union Gospel Mission as we share the good news with the homeless in Sacramento! We gather every 4th Monday our church leads the worship service at the shelter. If you’d like to serve, please register so we know you’re coming.
Truth and Treat
Join City Bible Church next week on Thursday, October 31st from 6–9 PM for our Truth & Treat Outreach! This is a special opportunity to share the hope of the Gospel with our community while providing a fun night of games, activities, food, and fellowship. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome—so invite your friends, neighbors, and loved ones to come hear the Gospel!

Women's Friendsgiving Dinner
Join the women of CBC for our Friendsgiving Dinner on November 7th at 5:30 PM! We’ll begin the evening with a cocktail hour featuring Corem Deo Coffee at 5:30 PM, followed by dinner starting at 6:00 PM.
Come enjoy a sweet time of fellowship, meaningful conversations, and a shared meal together. Friendsgiving is a wonderful opportunity to connect with new women from our church and to grow in fellowship with one another.

Corporate Worship and Family Dedication
Members of CBC. On November 16th during both services we will be having our Corporate Worship and Family Dedication Service. This is a public commitment by parents to bring their children up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Eph. 6:4). This is a neat opportunity for parents to express their desire to raise their child(ren) in a home that honors Christ. It also gives our entire church a chance to pray for our little ones. In order for accountability of these commitments to be real, we would ask that this dedication is open for members of CBC only.
