Men's Breakfast
Darius, Decrees, Den of Lions, and Daniel’s Dependence—discover how God’s sovereignty and Daniel’s courage meet in the lion’s den. Men of CBC, Men's Breakfast is back! On September 20th at 8:00 AM, come ready for a morning of food, fellowship, and encouragement from God’s Word.
Union Gospel Mission
Come join us for a wonderful opportunity to share the good news with the homeless men and women of Sacramento. Our church will be leading the worship service at the shelter this Monday, September 22nd, at 7:00 PM. If you’d like to get involved, please register so we know you’re coming.
Young Adults Ministry
Join us for our Young Adults Ministry gathering on Friday, September 26th! Our ministry exists to equip young adults in the way of wisdom so that we may live as mature disciples of Christ. We look forward to growing together in wisdom and love for the Lord. The evening begins with a time of prayer at 6:00 PM in the conference room (open to all). At 6:30 PM, we’ll enjoy fellowship over snacks and beverages, followed by the start of service at 7:00 PM—so don’t be late! Registration is required, so be sure to sign up today to reserve your spot.
Dinner for Eight
Join us for Dinner for 8 on Saturday, October 4 at 5:00 PM! This will be a sweet evening of sharing a meal, building friendships, and enjoying fellowship around the table with fellow CBC saints. You may register to either host in your home (providing the main dish) or attend a group by bringing a side, salad, dessert, or drinks. Registration closes Saturday, September 21 at 10:00 PM, so be sure to sign up with your family or anyone you’d like to be grouped with.
Membership Class
Whether you have decided to become a member or if you are just interested in learning more about what membership is at City Bible, sign up for this four-week class starting on October 5th at 11:00AM. Once you have joined this class, we will notify you of the meeting dates and provide you all the necessary resources. If the class is full please email bogdan@citybiblesacramento.com to be added on the waitlist for the next class.
Biblical Counselor Interest Dinner
Biblical counseling is an extension of loving one another by helping believers through real problems with biblical solutions. On October 19th at 5:00pm we will be having a Biblical Counseling interest dinner that will allow you to learn more about the ministry and how you can be involved. Come and learn how you can be equipped to offer hope and guidance through God’s Word to those in need. Dinner will be provided. Please RSVP by October 12th.
