Security Training for Events and Outreach

CBC Saints! Join us for an upcoming Event and Outreach Security Training designed to equip those who serve at our church events, including Truth and Treat, Fab Cab, Spring Festival, and other church gatherings. Whether you’ve served on security before or are looking to get involved, this training will help you be better prepared to serve our church family.
The training will cover what to look for in behavior and mannerisms, where to focus attention and manpower, proper radio usage and etiquette, de-escalation techniques, and how to balance safety and security with opportunities to share the gospel when appropriate. Dinner will be served at 5:30 PM, with training beginning at 6:00 PM. Come get equipped and prepared to faithfully serve our church in these important areas.
Women's Breakfast

In a culture that celebrates women who build a name for themselves, God calls women to something better – the work of building up others in Christ. We can, through faith-filled acts of love and words of grace, build up our homes, families, friends, co-workers, community, and church body to the glory of Christ. In our Women’s Breakfast series this year, we’ll explore what Scripture teaches about being women who strengthen rather than tear down, encourage rather than gossip, and remain steadfast in faith and good deeds rather than fear. Together, we’ll learn about these things biblically, discovering God’s beautiful design for women beneficial for every age and stage of life. Join us as we work out our calling in being Women Who Build.
Ladies be sure to join us for our first Women's Breakfast on September 12th at 9:00 AM. Please register so that our team may properly prepare for all attending.
