Men's Roundtable
Gentlemen! Men's Roundtable is starting back up this Friday, September 5th at 5:45 PM. Be sure to join fellow CBC men for an amazing time of fellowship and edifying discussion. This Friday we will be specifically looking at the Legacy of Faithfulness in the Life of Pastor John MacArthur. Coffee and pastries are provided.
Evangelism Training
Saints! This Friday, September 5th, from 7:00pm-8:30pm we’ll do some evangelism training at the church lobby. Come and get further equipped and look to encourage your fellow saints in the Lord’s harvest work! Snacks provided! We encourage you to see this training as a preparation and sharpening for Friday Field Trip Evangelism, Sac State Outreach, personal evangelism, and the soon approaching Truth and Treat October 31st outreach event that we’re eagerly and diligently preparing for!

Saints! Join us for our monthly Field Trip Friday outreach as we go and share and minister the gospel to our local community. This week we will be going to Saylor Lane at 5:30pm. Please register to join and check out our full line up of outreaches and register for them using the link below.

Baptism Class
Baptism class is starting this Sunday, September 7th at 11:00am in Room 208 (conference room). If you believe in the Jesus as Lord and repented of your sin and you want to get baptized , be sure to register now if you would like to be baptized at CBC!
Women's Breakfast
Ladies! Friday, September 13 at 9:00 AM, we invite you to join us as we begin our series in 1 Peter. In life, many goals require preparation—training for a marathon, applying for a job, or planning international travel. Yet the greatest goal is to see Christ face-to-face and receive the reward of faith to His praise, glory, and honor. Too often, life’s challenges narrow our vision, causing us to lose sight of the One who has chosen and cherishes us. Man of God Conference
The Man of God Conference is for men in the greater Sacramento area who desire to be equipped to faithfully fulfill the calling of God in their lives as fathers, husbands, brothers, leaders, and churchmen. Through the preaching of God’s Word, Christ-centered worship, and genuine fellowship, the Man of God Conference seeks to equip and enable every man to be the kind of man God has called him to be. The Man of God Conference will be held at Grace Bible Church in Fair Oaks, CA on October 3rd-4th. For more details and to register please check out the link below.
Dinner for Eight
Looking for an opportunity to get to know more people at City Bible Church? We invite you to participate in Dinner for 8 on October 4th at 5:00pm, for a great time of fellowship and breaking bread! You can register to attend a dinner group or host one at your home. Host homes are expected to provide a main dish and the attendees are encouraged to bring a side dish, salad, dessert, or drinks. Please click the “register” button below and fill out the questions provided to specify if you would like to host or attend a dinner. Make sure you register your families or anyone you need to be in the same dinner group with together.
The registration for this event will close on September 21st at 10:00 PM so if you would like to participate please complete your registration before this deadline, as dinner group assignments will be finalized shortly after.
