News and Updates

Corporate Worship Changes

This Sunday, July 5th, will be our last meeting at Lawrence Drive. We are planning to have only one service at 10am to give us plenty of time to move all of our things out of that location. We will give you the new location details this Sunday.

Sunday Details:

  • Register here for 10AM Service HERE.
  • We could use some help to load and transport all of our equipment after service.

Church at Home with Each Other:

We encourage you to gather in small groups in homes to worship together. If you need help finding people to gather with, please contact Eugene Gol or reach out to your community group leader. Church@Home & CG guidance has not changed. Church At Home Guidance Provided HERE.

TONIGHT - Zoom Members Meeting (Non-Members Welcome)

Due to some confusion regarding our church's guidance, we are asking all of you to join us (even if you are not a member) TODAY Wednesday, July 1, from 7:00pm to 8:15pm, to hear from our Pastors and ask important questions. You can register find the Zoom information HERE.

Prayer Meeting Recap

We enjoyed a blessed time praying together as a church last Sunday. You may find the June 28th Prayer Sheet Here

On the subject of prayer, we are eager to get our old facility back. It is just not the same for City Bible to meet anywhere else. Please commit to praying that the Sac Unified School District may reopen the use of Hiram Johnson High School soon.

Children's Ministry

We want to thank our faithful Children's Ministry saints for diligently making sure that our kids are blessed by the Word of God every week through the Sunday School lessons. They create and publish lessons on a weekly basis and you can find all of them including this weeks HERE.

Computer (Coffee) and Counsel

We live in a world that is changing rapidly from day to day because of the speed that information can travel. Please consider joining this time to keep your feet grounded on the solid Rock of Jesus Christ in the midst of the storm.

The Coffee and Counsel time has been temporarily moved to Saturdays, from 9:00am to 10:00am on Zoom. Please register here to be included on updates.

Social Media

Did you know that one of the easiest, and most passive ways you can help the advance of the Gospel, is by interacting with our Church social media presence (and other ministries). Even a simple "like" will help put our posts in the view of your non-believing friends. Comments are better in Facebook, since they equate the comments with popularity.
